  • You can place your order online. We ask that you place your order by Thursday at 12PM for the following week's delivery.

  • Yes! You can alter the menu based on your allergies, intolerances or dislikes. We will have the chef recommend substitutions for you when necessary.

  • We deliver to you on Monday mornings for a flat-rate delivery fee of $20 or free with your monthly subscription. We also offer local pick-up at no charge at The WELLTHY Method at 500 Palm Street in West Palm Beach.

  • All of our meals are kid-friendly and kid approved!

  • We have a few options depending on your needs:

    For One - serves 1 person

    For Two - serves 2 people

    Family - serves 6 people

  • Our meals are made fresh, so we recommend refrigerating immediately to ensure freshness and quality. We do not recommend freezing our meals, however, you should freeze your bone broth until you are ready to thaw and consume!

  • Our culinary team recommends that you consume the meals within 4 days of delivery.

  • Yes, you can order add-ons without ordering meals. Our add-ons are great to have on hand or if you’re traveling!
